FAQ: Will Internet banking cost me anything?
Answer: Parkway Bank is offering Consumer Internet Banking free of charge (Bill payment services may incur a fee). Business Internet Banking customers may have a fee associated with the profile they select. Please visit the consumer fee schedule and the business fee schedule to review specific charges.

FAQ: If I don't have an account with Parkway Bank, can I open one up online?
Answer: We encourage our customers to visit us in any of our conveniently located branches. Although we do not have an online account opening option at this time, please allow us to help you in person. If you have any questions please call and speak to a personal banking representative at 602.765.8500.

FAQ: What information do I need in order to enroll in e-Access?
Answer: Consumer Internet Banking customers will need your last account statement ending balance and your social security number. Business Internet Banking customers can enroll online by clicking here.

FAQ: What if I can't find my ending account balance in order to enroll in Consumer Internet Banking?
Answer: Please call and speak to a personal banking representative at 602.765.8500.

FAQ: How can I be sure my account information will be secure when banking online?
Answer: The security of your banking information is of great importance to Parkway Bank. Your account information is located on a server that sits behind a "firewall" that protects it against unauthorized entry. All your transactions are encrypted so they cannot be read via the Internet. You are also assigned a unique user ID and password to ensure that only you can access your account information. We recommend that you change you password frequently. For your protection, DO NOT SHARE YOUR ID OR PASSWORD WITH ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL.

FAQ: What if I forget my password?
Answer: Consumer Internet Banking customers can simply use our “Forgot your password?” feature available on the log-on screen. Also you may contact Client Services at 888.498.9800.

FAQ: How much can I transfer between accounts with Internet banking?
Answer: You can transfer any amount up to $99,999.99 between accounts that are listed on your account summary screen. The funds in your account must be available in order to make a transfer. Regulatory restrictions may apply please see our Consumer Fee Schedule or Commercial Fee Schedule for more information.

FAQ: How do I enroll in Bill Payment?
Answer: Current Internet Banking customers can request enrollment when they are logged onto Internet Banking. Applicants will be enrolled by an Internet Banking Specialist.
